OVERVIEW Tucked within the quiet five-unit Conch Villas community, Stay Salty is a spacious one-bedroom retreat that is ideal for couples but can accommodate up to five guests with a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, and twin sleeper chair. The open floor plan flows naturally from the fully equipped kitchen into the living room and out to the expansive screened porch. Four oversized Brazilian hardwood double doors open wide to blur the line between indoors and out, filling the home with natural light, tropical breezes, and sweeping ocean views. It's the feature guests remember long after they've returned home. LIVING ROOM After a day exploring St. John, the inviting living room is the perfect place to relax. Enjoy comfortable seating, Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV with Roku Guest Mode, or simply open all four hardwood doors and let the island breeze become part of the room. The seamless connection to the screened porch creates one expansive living space that captures the easygoing rhythm of the Caribbean. KITCHEN The thoughtfully equipped kitchen includes a four-burner stove, apartment-size oven, full refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, small crockpot, Brita filtered-water pitcher, and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need. It’s perfect for everything from a quick breakfast before the beach to dinner at home after a day of exploring. The open design keeps everyone connected while enjoying the beautiful ocean views. DINING AREA The dining area is located beside the kitchen as part of the open-concept layout, making it easy to cook, dine, and spend time together. A high-top table seats four, with two stools at the kitchen counter for casual seating. It’s a comfortable spot for breakfast before heading to the beach, enjoying takeout from Cruz Bay, or lingering over a cup of coffee. BEDROOM The peaceful bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with a bamboo mattress cover, quality linens, extra pillows, generous storage, and a Roman shade with blackout lining for restful nights after days spent soaking up the sun. BATHROOM The bathroom includes a corner shower, soft towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary starter toiletries to help you settle in comfortably. OUTDOOR LIVING The oversized screened porch is truly the heart of Stay Salty. Two porch swings, comfortable lounge seating, and convenient side tables create the perfect place to sip your morning coffee, read a book in the afternoon shade, or unwind with your favorite drink while taking in the ocean view, watching the car ferries cross the channel, and even spotting St. Croix on a clear day. With all four Brazilian hardwood doors fully opened, the porch becomes a natural extension of the living room, creating the indoor-outdoor lifestyle that makes St. John so unforgettable. BEACH READY We've stocked Stay Salty with the extras that make beach days easy, including beach chairs, a couple of chair umbrellas, snorkels and fins, beach towels, coolers with ice packs, noodles and rafts. Pack a cooler, grab your gear, and spend more time enjoying St. John's world-famous beaches. You'll spend less time buying or renting beach supplies and more time enjoying the island. NEIGHBORHOOD Stay Salty is located in the peaceful five-unit Conch Villas community, just an 8-10 minute walk to the restaurants, shops, beach bars, ferry dock, and nightlife of Cruz Bay. A dedicated parking space makes exploring by Jeep easy, while guests who prefer not to rent a vehicle can walk into town and use open-air taxis to reach the popular North Shore beaches. You'll enjoy being close to the action while still having a peaceful place to come home to. THE STAY SALTY EXPERIENCE Some of the best moments on St. John aren't found on an itinerary. Respect the Neighbors · Observe quiet hours during the evening. · No parties or gatherings are permitted. Visitors and Occupancy · Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Safety and Use of Amenities · Stay Salty is not a hurricane shelter. Guests are responsible for following local emergency guidance during severe weather. · Weather, power outages, water outages, and internet service interruptions are outside of our control. ·Insects are a normal part of the Caribbean environment. Despite regular professional pest control, bugs may occasionally be present. Pets, Smoking, and Lifestyle Policies · No smoking anywhere on the property. · No pets are permitted.

· Stay Salty is the upper unit of a two-unit building. Access requires climbing a flight of exterior concrete stairs. Because stairs are required to enter the property, Stay Salty may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. · The main entrance is equipped with a keypad lock. A secondary door also has a deadbolt lock. · Chickens and roosters roam freely throughout St. John. Their sounds may be heard at various times of the day. A white noise machine and complimentary earplugs are provided. · For security purposes, there is one exterior security camera located above the front door. It faces the entrance only and does not monitor any interior spaces or private outdoor living areas.
