OVERVIEW Tucked within the quiet five-unit Conch Villas community, Stay Salty is a spacious one-bedroom retreat that is ideal for two guests but can comfortably accommodate up to five with two sleeper sofas. The open floor plan flows naturally from the fully equipped kitchen into the living room and out to the expansive screened porch. Four oversized Brazilian hardwood double doors open wide to blur the line between indoors and out, filing the home with natural light, tropical breezes, and sweeping ocean views. It's the feature guests remember long after they've returned home. LIVING ROOM After a day exploring St. John, the inviting living room is the perfect place to relax. Enjoy comfortable seating, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV with Roku Guest Mode, or simply open all four hardwood doors and let the island breeze become part of the room. The seamless connection to the screened porch creates one expansive living space that captures the easygoing rhythm of the Caribbean. KITCHEN The thoughtfully equipped kitchen includes a four-burner stove, apartment-size oven, full refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need. It’s perfect to prepare everything from a quick breakfast before the beach to a fresh seafood dinner after a day of snorkeling. The open design keeps everyone connected while enjoying the beautiful ocean views. DINING AREA The dining area is located beside the kitchen as part of the open-concept layout, making it easy to cook, dine, and spend time together. A high-top table seats four, with two stools at the kitchen counter for casual seating. It’s a comfortable spot for breakfast before heading to the beach, enjoying takeout from Cruz Bay, or lingering over a cup of coffee. BEDROOM The peaceful bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with a bamboo pillow-top mattress, quality linens, extra pillows, generous storage, and a Roman shade with blackout lining for restful nights after days spent soaking up the sun. BATHROOM The bathroom includes a corner walk-in shower, soft towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary starter toiletries to help you settle in comfortably. OUTDOOR LIVING The oversized screened porch is truly the heart of Stay Salty. Two porch swings, comfortable lounge seating, and convenient side tables create the perfect place to sip your morning coffee, read a book in the afternoon shade, or unwind with your favorite drink while watching the changing colors of the Caribbean Sea. With all four Brazilian hardwood doors fully opened, the porch becomes a natural extension of the living room, creating the indoor-outdoor lifestyle that makes St. John so unforgettable. BEACH READY We've stocked Stay Salty with many of the extras that make exploring St. John easy, including beach chairs, snorkel gear, a cooler, beach towels, and other beach essentials. Spend less time shopping for supplies and more time discovering the island's world famous beaches. NEIGHBORHOOD Stay Salty is located in the peaceful five-unit Conch Villas community, about an 8-minute walk to the restaurants, shops, bars, ferry dock, and nightlife of Cruz Bay. A dedicated parking space makes it easy to explore the island by Jeep. Many of St. John's beautiful beaches, hiking trails, scenic overlooks, and snorkeling spots are just a short drive away. You'll enjoy being close to everything while still returning each evening to a quiet place to relax. THE STAY SALTY EXPERIENCE Some of the best moments on St. John aren't found on an itinerary. They're watching the morning light dance across the Caribbean, returning from a day at the beach to throw open the hardwood doors and let the trade winds drift through the home, or relaxing on the porch swings as the sky slowly changes from brilliant blue to a blanket of stars. Additional House Rules · No smoking inside the unit or on the property. · No pets allowed. · Guests must be able to climb stairs to access the unit. · Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during evening hours. · Only registered guests are permitted on the property. · Check-out time is 10:00 AM to allow time for cleaning and preparing the space for incoming guests. We appreciate your understanding. Island Notes · Like anywhere in the Caribbean, you may occasionally see insects despite regular pest control. · Stay Salty is not a hurricane shelter and we are not responsible for weather-related disruptions. · Power outages and internet interruptions can occasionally occur on the island and are outside of our control. · We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip from unexpected travel or weather disruptions.
